The Third Qamar Zaman Junior National Squash Championship is all set to commence on November 19 in Peshawar, under the supervision of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Squash Association. The event promises to bring together Pakistan’s most talented young players for an exciting week of competition and sportsmanship.

According to Mansoor Zaman, former Asian champion and General Secretary of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Squash Association, preparations for the tournament are already in full swing to ensure a successful and well-organized event.

Participation from Across the Country

The championship will feature boys and girls from all over Pakistan, making it one of the most inclusive and competitive junior squash events in the country.

For the boys’ category, five different age divisions have been announced:

  • Under-11
  • Under-13
  • Under-15
  • Under-17
  • Under-19

In the girls’ category, two age divisions will be contested:

  • Under-15
  • Under-19

This structure provides a platform for emerging players from every age group to demonstrate their skills and gain valuable national-level experience.

Matches to Run Until November 24

The championship will continue until November 24, with all finals scheduled to take place on the concluding day. The event will feature a series of thrilling matches across multiple courts, showcasing the next generation of Pakistani squash stars.
