The ninth edition of the Premier Super Cricket League (PSCL) is all set to begin on October 11, featuring 12 competitive teams from across the region. The much-anticipated tournament will be held at various grounds in Lahore, promising an exciting display of local cricket talent and corporate participation.
The announcement was made during an official ceremony held at a local hotel, organized in honor of the participating teams. DIG Imran Kishwar attended the event as the chief guest, adding prestige to the occasion.
Teams, Format, and Schedule
According to Chief Organizer Faheem Mukhtar Butt, this season’s tournament will follow a two-group format, with six teams in each group. Matches will be played exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays, allowing cricket fans to enjoy weekend action-packed with thrilling encounters.
“The Premier Super League has become one of Lahore’s most awaited sporting events,” said Faheem Mukhtar. “This year’s edition continues our commitment to promoting cricket at the grassroots and corporate level.”
The tournament will feature a mix of government departments and corporate sector teams, reflecting a strong blend of professional and community cricket.

Faheem Mukhtar Butt highlighted that the organizing committee aims to hold three major tournaments every year to continue nurturing young and emerging cricket talent in Pakistan.
