A major highlight was Pakistan Army’s Ayesha Mumtaz, who secured her place in the final of the Women’s Under-18, 48kg division. Her journey to the final was a display of courage and skill, ultimately earning her a silver medal for Pakistan.
Alongside her, Malaika Zahid and Maria, also representing Pakistan Army, reached the semi-final stage, cementing Pakistan’s growing influence in women’s boxing. Their strong performances not only brought pride but also served as inspiration for aspiring female athletes in the country.

Qudratullah from the Pakistan Army impressed as he advanced to the semi-finals, while Huzaifa Raheel (Punjab) and Zameer Ali (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa) fought hard to reach the quarter-finals. - PBF President Lieutenant Colonel (R) Muhammad Nasir Ejaz hailed the triumph of the women boxers as a landmark achievement in Pakistan’s boxing history. He emphasized that the victories sent a powerful message to the world—that Pakistan is a rising force in international boxing.
He further noted that the federation has provided players with modern training, state-of-the-art facilities, and a structured national training camp, which played a crucial role in securing these results.
