Pakistan will be represented by a four-member national team at the upcoming Senior World Tenpin Bowling Championship 2025, scheduled to take place from October 13 to 23 at the National Bowling Stadium in Reno, Nevada, USA.
The official announcement was made by Lt. Col. (R) Kamran Khalid Janjua, Secretary General of the Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation (PTBF). He confirmed that the national squad will be led by experienced bowler Ijaz-ur-Rehman. The other team members include Muhammad Hussain, Shabbir Lashkar, and Aleem Agha.
Team Management and Support Staff
To ensure smooth participation, the PTBF has also finalized the team’s management. Ahmed Shaikhani will serve as the team manager, while Amjad Mehmood has been appointed as the head coach. Their role will be crucial in guiding the players and strategizing for the global event.

Training Camp in Islamabad
In preparation for the championship, a training camp will be held in Islamabad from September 1, 2025. The camp will focus on improving players’ fitness, technical skills, and mental readiness ahead of the international tournament. Tanveer Ahmed has been appointed as the camp coordinator to oversee the training sessions and ensure players receive the best possible support.
